BBC's Billy Butler meets his Mankey Monkey twin!

Merseyside broadcasting legend "Mrs. Butler's eldest" has met the Monkey of his dreams!

Their eyes met across a crowded BBC canteen last week, and have been inseperable ever since. And no wonder! This enchanting Mankey Monkey is half-monkey, half-fish, half-Billy-Butler, complete with combover, goatee, and a genuine pair of BB specs. Billy will be introducing Mer(sey)Monkey to his celebrity friends over the next couple of months, and they'll be signing the Monkey's plinth to raise even more at auction for Alder Hey.

Billy's producer Steve will be keeping us updated of this beautiful friendship, in the meantime, Mer(sey)Monkey is on display at BBC Radio Mersyside. Go look see!
